Chris Archibald is the Managing Director of GDPR Design, established specifically to support small businesses in complying with the GDPR through affordable software and consultancy products.
Chris’ career to date has involved the management and use of information to drive organisational decision making, with over 16 years’ experience of delivering transformation and operational improvement. Prior to GDPR Design Chris spent 12 years with FTSE 250 outsourcing firm Serco, delivering change projects for customers then moving onto leading key strategic initiatives within the business. He was a member of Serco’s Global Data Governance Board, responsible for instigating and overseeing Serco’s global GDPR preparation programme.
Chris also had a successful career in criminal intelligence, including supporting over 100 serious sexual crime investigations, providing expert testimony on the retention of personal data with the Police National Computer, and holding responsibility for the integrity and security of the UK’s largest stranger rape database.
